Introduction

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) and Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ) are two complementary compounds that address mitochondrial health from different angles. CoQ10 is an essential electron carrier within the existing mitochondrial electron transport chain, while PQQ stimulates the creation of entirely new mitochondria.
