Seller: Nobilesoft S.A.S. for card, PayPal and PSE payments; Jose Nobile in his own name for Bre-B and Binance. See the legal notice for full identification.

What you are buying

• Masterclass recordings — a recorded session with its written transcript, delivered as files.
• 1:1 training — live, scheduled sessions delivered remotely, sold individually or in packs.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Card, PayPal and PSE are processed by Nobilesoft S.A.S. through hostingfacil.co. Your statement shows NOBILESOFT SAS, and a formal Colombian electronic invoice is always issued. Bre-B and Binance are settled directly with Jose Nobile as a private individual. No invoice or receipt is issued for these. Any bank or currency-conversion charges are yours.

Delivery

Recordings are delivered by a private download link sent to the email you give at checkout. That link is personal, expires after 7 days, and allows a limited number of downloads; if it lapses before you have your files, reply to the purchase e-mail and a fresh one is issued at no cost. Live sessions are scheduled with you by agreement after purchase.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Digital content is the exception. Because the recordings are supplied immediately and are not on a physical medium, at checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download begins. If you do not tick that box, we cannot deliver the files immediately. If you tick it and download, the 14-day right no longer applies to that purchase.

For live training, the right of withdrawal is unaffected: you may cancel within 14 days, and unused sessions are refunded. Sessions already delivered are charged pro rata.

Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and keep the material you bought. You may not resell it, republish it, share the files, or use them to train a model or run a competing course. Team or company use needs a separate agreement — just ask.

Guarantees and liability

The material is educational. It is provided in good faith and reflects tools and versions current at the time of recording, which change quickly. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings there.
