Most people reach out about one of four things. Saying which one up front means my first reply can be useful instead of a round of questions.

What happens after you write
I read every message myself — there is no assistant and no sales team. You get a reply within one business day, and it will either be a direct answer, a question that narrows the problem, or an honest note that this is not something I am the right person for. A first call runs about 30 minutes and costs nothing.
Useful to include: what you are building, what is currently blocking it, the stack it runs on, and your rough timeline. Code or logs are welcome but never required.
