You get deliverables, timeline, and price in writing. No open-ended retainers unless you ask for one. You know exactly what you are buying before you spend a dollar.

Yes. I work from Medellín, Colombia (GMT-5), which overlaps US Eastern, Central, and Pacific business hours. This nearshore setup means real-time collaboration without the timezone gap or cost of a distant offshore team.
Do you work solo or with a team?
You work directly with me — a senior engineer with 19+ years of production experience and CTO-level ownership, not an account manager who hands your project to juniors. For larger builds I can bring in vetted collaborators, but I stay accountable for delivery.
What is the difference between advisory and implementation?
Advisory is hourly guidance — architecture reviews, tool selection, and unblocking your team. Implementation is fixed-scope build work quoted after the scoping call, with a written deliverables list, timeline, and price, delivered in milestones with weekly demos.
What if it isn’t a good fit?
I will tell you on the scoping call. If AI is not the right tool for your problem, or I am not the right person, I will say so and point you elsewhere. And if your first paid session is not worth it, you do not pay for it.
Can you sign an NDA or work under contract?
Yes. I am happy to sign an NDA before we discuss specifics, and implementation work is done under a simple written agreement with a fixed scope, milestones, and payment terms defined up front.
