International transfers
The controller is established in Colombia, which the European Commission has not declared adequate under Article 45 GDPR. When you buy from the EEA or the UK, your data is transferred to Colombia because it is necessary to perform the contract you asked for (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR). Some processors listed above also operate in the EU and the United States under their own transfer mechanisms.
How long we keep it
Invoicing and purchase records are kept for 60 months to satisfy accounting and tax obligations. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry. Analytics data follows the provider's retention settings.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are in the EEA you may complain to your national supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD). In Colombia, the competent authority is the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
